Yeh commish can turn it on and off. BTW can the commish make their own can't cut list?

Unfortunately, you can't make your own Can't Cut List. In a private league it's better to just turn it off. Yahoo is notoriously slow when it comes to updating it.

I had to have my commish turn it off for mr last year...

I tried emailing yahoo first, and they told me to talk to my commish... I think yahoo's can't cut is based on O-rankings. If you commish won't turn it off, you have to wait for Sheff's ranking to drop.

No kidding, he is only averaging 35 homers and about 120 rbis while with the yankees with a .290 ba and about 115 runs a year.

Sounds like someone who would see a lot of waiver wires.
