Looks like it's day-to-day for now:

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) - Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Troy Glaus left Sunday's game against Tampa Bay with a lower back injury.
"He should be OK," Blue Jays manager John Gibbons said. "We'll go day to day and see how he is."
Glaus departed after the top of the fifth, three innings after shortstop Aaron Hill ran into him while the pair were chasing Aubrey Huff's pop foul down the left-field line.
"It's stiff. It's sore," Glaus said. "I don't know. It was bad enough that I couldn't continue today. I guess we'll see tomorrow."
Glaus tumbled to the ground after contact was made and was limping after he got up and started walking back toward the infield.
"I heard him, but too late," Glaus said. "He obviously didn't hear me. I heard him way too late."
