Baldelli

Postby TheWinPlan » Sun Jun 04, 2006 11:13 pm

Just FYI, some minor league stats that some owners here would like to have maybe:

Rocco Baldelli was 1 for 2 with 2BB and 1R in the 1st game of Dunham's doubleheader against Buffalo today.

And he went 7 for 5 with 1R in the second game. This 2nd game went in the 16th inning. He also got caught stealing a base in this one. But it's good to see him try to steal at least.

Oh and by the way... he's hitting for an Batting AVG of .405 so far in his AAA rehab stint.

It's only AAA you'll say. OK... but it's good to see him do well there, no!?!?

Keep warming up the DL spot in 3 of my teams ROCCO! ;-D

I'm hoping he can fulfill at least some of the hype when he finally plays...

BTW, 7 hits in 5 AB's is TREMENDOUS! LOL.

He isnt a #2 yet, but he would make for a good platoon as your 3rd OF or as your Utility guy.

I saw Baldelli play last Friday...and he looked solid...here are a couple of shots from the game...

right after this pic of him warming up...he cut off a sure double...and fired a strike to the 2nd baseman to hold the guy to a single...

his next at bat was a moon shot the power alley in right field...

WoW! Hitting 7 for 5! Okay if he is hitting this good....and it is 6/6/06 today....you think that Rocco may in fact be the AntiChrist? I mean anyone that can hit like that should be able to win over all nations and unleash hell on earth....just a thought.

Haha, jk man. I do that with numbers all the time.
