Derek Jeter left Sunday's game in the sixth inning with an apparent right hand injury after being hit by a pitch.
It's the same hand that's been bothering him. He's probably day-to-day again. Jun. 4 - 3:46 pm et

No news yet. But I was watching the game, and it doesn't look good at all. They were having trouble getting his batting glove off, which I guess means that it was swollen already. I don't think the Yankees can take this.

Wow. I'm not a big Yankees fan by any means (I was rooting for the Red Sox to win it all a couple years ago when they made their run), but their luck recently with injuries has been just a atrocious, and I really like Jeter as a player. I hope he's ok.
