I've never used Ebay, but if I did, I'd either mail a money order or see if the seller had a Neteller account. Neteller rocks and is the absolute best way to move money online (for now......something's coming that could make Paypal and Neteller both worry......).

Google is going to launch one and be a direct competitor of Paypal and Neteller.
I can't wait to see what options, limits, fees, etc., they have. I think they can easily take business away from Paypal, as Paypal stinks. Taking away business from Neteller will be tougher, but if it really catches on, Neteller could wind up in trouble too.
