Jun 3 Kensing pitched two scoreless innings for his first career save in Friday's win over Colorado.
Recommendation: While Joe Borowski is still the closer, manager Joe Girardi has said he'll give other young pitchers a chance in save situations as well.
He's been on a nice run for a couple weeks and definitely has more upside than Borowski. But Joe's gonna have to get hurt or embark on a Guardado/FCordero/Valverde implosion before Kensing is good for more than a few vulture saves.
