Slighty off topic, but still relevant and somewhat interesting.... About a year ago, I saw an article on the impact of park normalization on stats. They used Mike Sweeney and Todd Helton as the test case. To make a long story short, put Helton in KC and you have Mike Sweeney. Sweeney in Coors is Helton. The normalized numbers were amazingly close.

its still early, be patient with helton, he will turn it on as the weather continues to warm up in colorado

The same thing happened last year with Helton, then he went on a tear and won people championships.

Was Coors not as much of a hitters park in the first 1/3 of last season too? (Not sure how much weather affects it..)
