No way they trade crawford, they'd have to get ALOT of prospects back in return for him. Tampa is already a soild young teama nd Crawford is a key piece. He sint going anywhere
Of course it would have to be a huge offer, which i dont think the dodgers could afford or even have to give up unless its their top prospects, so i doubt it will happen. But just putting out the rumor.
The Mets will win the World Series this year.
I doubt it, they'd have to be overwhelmed. Also, their team will look good in 3-4 years and he's very young. I've heard tons of rumors including to the Reds for Homer Baily, Edwin, & Bruce & Dunn & Baily for Willis. Braves, Red Sox, Mets, Cubs, Yankees, & Orioles have all been mentioned. But all of those teams would have to give up 3 of their best prospects. Dontelle is signed cheap considering his market value and I've heard them say that they want him to be around when they again contend, which will happen. I think it really depends on the Marlins staying in Fla and they'll find out if they are going to have a needed new stadium soon.
It is almost certain that the Dodgers will trade Izturis when he comes back, as we went a little crazy this offseason and signed 1 too many infielders. I hope we can pair him with a mid level prospect (basically not Guzman, Kemp, Ethier, Broxton, or Billingsley) if possible, and get a starting outfielder for the playoff run this year but more hopefully a quality starter. By the way, suicide for me is the only option if we give up one of those prospects for Maddux.
