Since his return from the DL he's been pretty shaky. Is he still injured?

I think that the DL helped bring him back down to earth. He has great stuff, he has always had great stuff, but I dont think he has the pitchers mentality to be a great as he was before his trip the DL.

He had 2 good starts coming off the DL, but last night wasnt so pretty.
He wasnt even getting hit hard. Only a double, and a whole bunch of weak infield singles and bloop hits. Control was his issue yesterday.
I still think he is a very good #3 pitcher.

Contreras was dominant the time before this one when he pitched in Toronto, 7 IP, 1ER. I'm not sure if Contreras ERA will remain below 3 this year, but he's still a solid fantasy pitcher.
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike

Toronto has been a better offensive team than Clevaland this season, and Contreras shut them down only a week ago. I'm not worried.
