My vote goes to the Halo series, though the Battlefront and Battlefield series are very good too. Haven't tried Half-Life before but I hear its really good too.

If you played it online you'd understand- it's flawless. ;-D

The only complaint I have about the entire game is that you should be able to add computer controlled bot players during multiplayer.

Quake 2 I dominated online. I consider that game flawless yet old now

I'll go with Battlefield. I wasted a whole summer playing Battlefield Vietnam. It was awesome. :-L
