He has been horrible since i traded for him. Hope he picks it up soon and puts up the numbers hes capable of.

He made good contact with a ball tonight, got it to the warning track but was just a bit under it.

If you didn't trade for him bumbinox that ball would have been gone. Thanks alot :-t

Dude, calm down. Im not just commenting on one game, but a few weeks of games so why would i put it in the Mets commentary forum. Then if i pit it in the Venting forum, you people get mad because i didnt place it in the Mets game forum. I fugured id avoid that and place it here.

Baseball leftovers is usually used for asking a general question or starting a discussion. By saying "I hope Delgado picks up his game soon" you are just stating that you hope he does well. Maybe next time rephrase is and ask why he may not be doing well, injuries, reason for slump that kind of stuff.

Delgado will put up 40 HR's and close to 120 RBI's but his days of a .300 plus BA are long gone. He has been terrible against left handed pitching for the past two seasons and expect that to continue and while it does a .270 avg. is about his limit.
