Best League (AL/NL) for Fantasy Players?

Theoretically, if you fielded a fantasy team, would the NL or AL would make the better fantasy team?

16 Team League with knowledgable owners
8 Teams are NL only
8 Teams are AL only


Which league representative do you think would come on top?
Does it depends on the rules; if certain thing is weighted slightly more, one league would definitely win for sure?

It has equal if not better players than the NL at every single position except maybe SP
