This is why Pujols is better than anyone alive...he doesn't slump

He's had one month in his entire career that wouldn't be considered at least pretty decent, and that was July 2001, his rookie year. In that month, Pujols hit .241 with a .333 on-base percentage, .460 slugging percentage, four homers and 12 RBIs.
Pujols' second-worst month, though, is probably a month that a whole lot of players would be pleased to have. That would be May 2002, when he hit .272/.348/.456 with five homers and 11 RBIs. And beyond those two, the others are all pretty remarkable. It's just another way to look at what has been an incredible career.
