A little more on what Sim's talking about:

May 31 The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports Seattle Mariners 1B Richie Sexson (heel) moved to the fifth spot in the order and became the team's DH to give his ailing heel some rest. Sexson cautioned the injury could linger during the season.

That last part scares me. I traded for him 2 weeks ago, giving up a hot Maggs. :-o

I wouldn't worry about it too much. SO far the buy low/sell high technique has worked for me this year. Be patient if you have a roster spot for him.

What did you give up for him? Just curious. I gave up Maggs. Hasn't played out well for me yet.

I just traded JD Drew for him. Drew's a time bomb anyway and I figure Sexson has got a couple jacks saved up in him.

He may turn out to be last years, Corey Patterson or Bret Boone. Ewwww! :-D

Realistically though, I think he is just swinging and missing. He will connect again, I see him hitting around 30-35 HR but not 140 or 120 for that matter.
