Do I start Pettitte @ OAK???

They are MY A's... but what should I expect from Petty if I start him?

I'm thinking: 6.2 IP, 8 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 6 Ks (w) :-o

I'd start him. My guess:

7 inn, 7 hits, 2 bb, 2 er, 6 k's, and a win.

No Petite won't win

Mulder is incredible at home, Petite will loose as the A's take game 3 and the O heats up

do you know how well mulder pitches at home???? im not even starting giambi today. this guy loves the mound, its a pitchers park, he has the fans behind, he was featured on twib with jenny finch for being one of the best fielding pitchers. He is amazing in general, if he hadnt had that bad game at florida, his road era would be decent. i hope he k's 11 and gets the win.

Pettitte's line
8 IP 1 H 1 BB 1 ER 6Ks

Pitched well enough to win the game, but Rivera blew it.

Mulder's line
9 IP 5 H 2 BB 1 ER 7Ks

I pitched Mulder today, and was glad he got the CG (very nice in a points league), but it didn't look like he was going to get the win. Then Tejada, reigning MVP, comes in and gives me the win ;-D

By the way, Giambi blew today, unfortunately because I started him, going 0-4 1 K 1 GIDP

Nice outing for Pettitte, too bad Rivera messed it up. Final line: 8 inn, 1 hit, 2 bb, 1 er, 6 k's.

As I said in the previous post, Pettitte pitched awesome, and not only Rivera blew it, but torre blew it as well, he was cruising along and just because he walked one guy, torre took him out, have a little faith there joe!!!!!!
