Inherited Runners

Does anyone know of a site where I can check how many of a Starting Pitcher's runs were allowed by the player who relieved them? Basically any runs charged to the SP once they've left the game. Much appreciation.

One name...Mike Timlin. Although his numbers look astounding thi syear, he immediately comes to mind when he comes in with runners on base...terrible. just terrible....thats just off the top of my head, so I'm sure we can compile a good list for you....

I'm actually more interested in learning how many runs were charged to an SP that weren't his fault. It seems that my starters always have their inherited runners score after the fact, which is lame. I'm curious if it's true or I'm just paranoid/angry/frustrated.

oh...my bad. I would say that this small a sample size might have you prematurely worried...unless you just have bad luck.... :*)

ahh that's a perfect way to put it. I want to know what my bad luck ratio is. Either way, I think it'd be interesting to see what pitchers get bailed out and who get $hat on.

Not paranoid at all. This has happened at least twice to each of my starters (names are not important).

Baseball Prospectus has the stats for bequeathed runners and bq runners scoring, along with bullpen support for each pitcher compared to the average bullpen.
