I know that the outfield is getting crowded with Kemp up now but is this kid the real deal and will he be an everyday starter?

When other guys start coming back like Ledee, Repko, and Werth ... it's hard to imagine that he would get that much playing time. Is he the real deal? Well he is a good prospect, but IMO nothing great though he is solid in most all aspects.
