The New York Daily News reports that Gary Sheffield (wrist) "believes he could be facing another long layoff."
"As soon as I picked up the bat to warm up, it felt like my wrist came off," Sheffield said. "I don't know what's going on. I felt like it was getting better, but it's in a different spot now. It's right on the wrist, right on the bone. It's really painful." May. 31 - 9:54 am et
