Is Dan Meyer finally considered done?

Putting up 5+ ERA, 1.67 WHIP with about a 4.5k per 9ip so far this year in AAA. He was once such a promising SP and has fallen so far, when do we start giving up on him?

It's possibly he could come back to be a decent/nice starter, but he hasn't been the same after his injury. That's a big red flag and I would of given up on him in most leagues unless they had deep prospect system in place.
