My underachieving team needs your help. WHIR

I don't want to push the panic button just yet, but a lot of my players have been underachieving so far. I'm trying to be patient with the likes of Pierre, Figgins, Bonds, A-Rod, Crosby. Any roster spots that look like they could be tweaked please let me know. Also do I have an OK ratio between players and pitchers? SP and RP? I'm new at this, but if you post a link I'll try to offer my opinions whenever possible.

Let's get you started by being a bit more specific.

I keep thinking I need to upgrade my SS and OF. Is Crosby adequate?

Do I need two catchers? If I can trade one - should I keep Javy or Johjima?

Are closers overrated? Am I better off trying to trade a closer for a stud outfielder?

Sorely need a first baseman. But if you are wanting to make a trade, try trading in catagories that you're strong in to shore up areas you are in the middle of the pack in. Keep in mind that if you trade an area you're strong in, be sure to get a lesser player to fill a void if you get one.

You def need some more power in teh OF. Cameron Pierre and Bonds arent really hitting for power. Myabe look to trade one of yoru closers for a closer and a bigger bat.
