Oswalt strained his hamstring but he's OK

Postby Don G. » Tue May 30, 2006 4:48 pm

Roy Oswalt, who's 0-2 in his last five starts, left with Monday's game at St. Louis with a 1-0 lead with tightness in his right hamstring after holding the Cardinals to seven hits and a walk. He struck out five and stranded two runners in the first, fourth and fifth. He did not factor in the final decision.

Hamstring - Questionable for June 4 start vs. Cincinnati

Fantasy Analysis
Don't expect Oswalt to miss his second start this week at this point. He should be able to face the Reds at home.

Just wanted everyone to know...sounds like he'll be fine
