How many teams in your league, and what kind of scoring do you use? At first glance, having no rp's might be part of the problem...

Essentially, you have a lot of players who are severely underachieving this season. Guerrero, Castillo, Hunter, Lowe... all players that normally could be counted on to help carry a team, but who haven't met expectations.

Getting out of the cellar will be hard. I'd start by shopping some of your big names and seeing if a contender is willing to overpay for any of them. And if you're playing roto, adding a pitcher or two who can get you saves would also help.

You could try to get someone to overpay for Zito, Lowe, or Sabathia, try to get a good relief pitcher for one of them.
