Going cold

My team started off hot but now is going cold.

I play a 14 team league H2H daily roster changes

Pitching
SP-Oswalt, Sabbathia, Capuano, W. Rodriguez, Loe, Duke, Marquis, Liriano, Madson, Burnett

RP-Looper, Vizcaino, Hawkins, Donnelly (set up men are more important in my league)


Anything I can do to shake things up? I like my hitters a lot but some of them are slumping. Do I wait it out or make a trade?

I'd get rid of taveras he's not good for a h2h league i would package him for some more pitching
