Reitsma cannot possibly be the sole closer anymore, he may get some committe saves, but he's been terrible too often for the braves to send him out there ever save opp.
My opinion....None of the above.... I'd be grazing the ww for guys with future potential or better numbers -- ie. Ray (AtL) has two saves in 3 days for Atlanta, T. Coffey ( Cin) should get the closer job soon, T.Walker (DRays) -- we are all scared of his lack of ability but he is posting Sv numbers now.
If your ranking your 3: I'd say--
1. Dumpster -- playing like a true Cubbie lately-- sorry Cubs fans!!
2. Putz --Still committee in SEA but Guardado had bad outing again last night. --Maybe biggest potential here.
3. Reitsma -- because it is starting to look like he's done.
I think you gotta grab Dempster first. He had a great 2d half last year and was doing well until he blew up for 2 games. Still, it was just 2 games.
After him, I think I'd go with Walker. Everybody keeps waiting for him to blow up, but it hasn't happened. I have him on both my teams and I plan on riding him until he does flame out. I just think you can't ignore his recent success, no matter how bad he was in the past.
After that I'd grab Putz. I believe Guadardo had another blown save last night?
I guess you didn't list Walker though, so nevermind about him. In short, I'd go with Dempster, then Putz, and then, only out of utter desperation, Rietsma.
