And if So...should I drop Duke?

I'm using a #2 waiver for him in a 12 team non keeper...so I'd say yes as well. Then again, I really need ERA and WHIP. If you're not that desperate I'm not sure I'd go as high as I am but a 8 or a 6 is a no brainer.
