You can't have this thread w/o including a Mr. Otis Nixon:

This article from 2 years ago is pretty funny:

http://www.lukereport.com/thoughts2004/thoughts022704.htm

"Nixon, who was the first outfielder to play past age 70 and was the first player to snort both the first and third base lines in back-to-back playoff games, also starred in the world famous video game Streetfighter II."

The all time fugly team

Postby TomG » Mon May 29, 2006 2:30 pm

So if we had to assemble a team of the ugliest team in Baseball today, who would it be...

Here is my thought based on this thread so far. I have limited it to active players, but given the quality of some of the retired guys we'll need coaches. They can practice non-grooming tips with the team and work on ways to get the other team to shudder in fear with one look.

I'm sure I missed several who would fill these spots that we have already brought up so please add to the team. Maybe they can barnstorm (as most of them belong locked up in a barn).

Here is what I've got so far:

C Posada
1b Overbay/Shelton
2b ?
3b ?
Ss ?
OF ?
OF ?
OFRicky Ledee
SP Randy Johnson
SP Gustavo Chacin
SP ?
SP ?
RP E. Astacio
RP Brian Fuentes
CL Turnbow

BN: Derek Bell

Coaches: Otis Nixon
Willie McGee

Pitching coach: Don Mossi (I have to give credit to whoever found this one, this guy may be the ugliest of all time)
