From the Washingtonpost.com:
Orioles outfielder Jay Gibbons missed Sunday's game to attend his mother's funeral. The Orioles received good news on Gibbons late on Saturday when an MRI exam showed no significant damage to his right knee, which he injured on Friday when he crashed into the wall trying to field a liner hit by Vladimir Guerrero.
"I think it's a matter of pain tolerance for Gibby," Perlozzo said. "We really won't know until he gets back. Hopefully, he'll be ready to go Tuesday. If not, it will be a day-to-day thing for him."
