Another yahoo problem!!!

I have 2 guys on the DL

Hamels and Colon, and I have Burnett on the bench.

It won't let me trade burnett for petitte.

Why?

It says uneven trade.

Why is replacing Burnett with petitte uneven?

I sill will have 2 guys on the DL and one on the bench..

you can only have one player on the dl.......u need to drop someone from your roster to make the deal work

Hmm...based on what you say, I'm stumped too. I assume you're saying that you have two DL positions, and you're using both. Neither of those guys has come off the DL. And Burnett's just sitting there on a bench like any other player. Sounds pretty kosher to me. I don't know what Yahoo (or the other responder) is talking about. It's literally saying "Uneven trade"?

By any chance, did you JUST switch Burnett off of your DL? If so, you may need to do so for tomorrow as well.

Yea I just switched him...i assume tommorrow it will start working fine.

you probably set your lineup too far in advance...if you change your lineup for the next few days and burnett is in the default DL spot, you should be able to.

Good call by these guys. That one's confused me a couple times, too. You shouldn't have to wait until tomorrow, though...just go edit any days ahead where you've still got him on the DL. You should be able to fix it now.
