Looking for one more expansion owner

I am the commissioner of the Bottom of the Ninth Fantasy Baseball League (BNFBL). We are expanding from 8 owners to 10, have added a 9th, and are looking for a 10th.

A little about our league:

League starting its 3rd season
NL only
Limited keepers (1 or 2 per team, depending on finish; must have been drafted after the 5th round)
Weekly head-to-head matchups
Playoffs are best of 3 weeks, Championship the same
Owners are from all over the U.S.
A $35-$50 entry fee
We use sportsline.com as our stat/point manager

What I am looking for:

A dedicated owner who has a reasonable amount of fantasy teams (this is the only league for many of our owners)
Someone who is an active owner
Someone who is a vocal owner
Someone who is VERY respectful of the other owners
