Yeah, I think your pitching is why you're not in first. I am very impressed with your lineup, but Halliday is the only true ace that you have, in my opinion. Try to package a two for one, maybe a pitcher and a hitter, to see if you can upgrade your pitching, particularly your starters.

i would try to sell high oin wells and zito. And try to get a top tier SP for them. Hold on to peralta i ould see him coimg around later.

why aren't you in first? your guess is as good as mine your hitting is filthy, no question about it and Halladay is a certified ACE but you have no true #2, Zito is like a 2.5 right now becuase he started out shakey and may just be on a hot streak i think you have to go out and add another elite SP maybe trade Peralta for Dontrelle or someone like that and also get Iguchi out of the 2B spot and put in Ricky Weeks, he is 25-25 on your bench in a shallow position and hes a graet palyer.... link for mine is in the siggy, thanks for the help and good luck

For pitching, you have the ace pitcher that has been getting the least amount of Ks, and Bonderman, Escobar, and Dontrelle have been inconsistent so far this yr. This team is strong and will come up big as the season goes on because of the struggling talent will not stay that way. El Duque will be fine on the Mets, as indicative of his first start there, plus piles up Ks right now. Weeks over Iguchi, definitely. I don't think there are that many moves necessary, just ride out the pitching slump, and you will be fine.
