Posada

from rotowire....

Posada has what is being called "a torn hamstring tendon in his left knee" and will be sidelined at least a few days, the Associated Press reports.

This sounds more serious than just missing a few games. Has anybody heard anything else?

For a catcher, doesn't sound good at all... Maybe he could DH, but crouching like a catcher has to do, I don't see how that heals, unless it's a real real minor tear.

I wish they'd just DL him and get him fully healed rather than spot start him and let this linger... The worst part of this is, Posada was really hitting, and with the other Yanks out, he was batting in the 6th spot, a great RBI spot for that team.
