He is quietly putting together a nice little year while filling in a lot for Dmitri Young. 2 homers today. I might take a flier on him in my 14 team league. There are no good OF options on the WW. Jose Cruz is the top scoring OF free agent in our league!! Any thoughts on him and his playing time?? I do remember always hearing about him in Double-A in Norwich, which I live near. He hit 37 HR's one year there.

He'd probably be starting on another team as would Nook Logan. I think he;s a good trade canidate to someplace like Atlanta or Washington.

Trade candidate? With D. Young in the last year of his contract chances are very good Thames stays and plays regularly. If anybody goes it will be Young.

he's a 4th OF/backup DH on this team, but with Young hurt i think he'll probably play 3-5 games a week.

he's got some decent pop, but for whatever reason he seems to hit alot of solo homers (I think after yesterday he's got like 8 HR and 11 RBI)

in a 14 team league he's probably worth a gamble for now

He's streaky, and he doesn't play everyday, even when Dmitri is out (which has been almost all year). Ride him while he's hot, because he just isn't going to hit near .300 long term despite all the HRs he hits. He'll play almost everyday for now so I don't think he will be traded.

I'm a non-believer. He is the 4th OFer who's D is awful and has shown to be too incosistant a hitter to stick as a regular in the show.

Well, there were rumors that Atlanta was interested and he has no real value unless he starts somewhere. I never act like I have inside information I just simply pay attention to articles and logical team needs that address possibilties.

insider information on Havok: He has a super computer that spits out 100 trade ideas per minute. Every day he randomly selects a few to post on this message board. ;-7

Havok always has sources for his information (he usually quotes articles, or mentions where things came from). It's up to you if you choose to not believe those sources.
