Haven't heard what happened yet, but it's probably the Hammy again. The one that Garner said he wanted to take care of last week. When it rains, it pours. I just can't catch a break!! :~( :-t

I am sick & tired of these stupid managers. Why would Garner put Berkman in right field to begin with.He belongs at first base & only first base. Its so important to get Lambs bat in the lineup. Why does Lane constantly get benched. He does a better job of getting on base than Preston Wilson.Wilson should get benched.Garner is clueless.

Berkman was playing right field, and he botched a play in the first inning that helped lead to three runs for the Nationals. If he also got hurt on defense, it was a very high price to pay for getting Mike Lamb's bat into the lineup. Jason Lane replaced him.

Let's cross are fingers :-o

does his appearance in RF count as a start in the OF...or is it a Hedeki Matsui typw of situation?

If he got injured playing the field...I at least want to get credit for hit by having him keep his OF eligibility.

Lance Berkman is listed as day-to-day after leaving Thursday's game with right knee irritation.

From Rotoworld

That doesn't sound too bad, lets hope he plays Friday or Saturday. :-o

It's games started so as long as he hit at least once or played a full half inning in the field then it counts. Since he walked twice he gets the start (and the appearance if that matters as well). ;-D
