Just an FYI. That really sucks.
May 24 The Associated Press reports Baltimore Orioles OF Jay Gibbons was not with the team for the Tuesday, May 23, game against the Seattle Mariners after his mother passed away earlier in the day. A team spokesman said it is unknown whether Gibbons will go on the bereavement list and be out indefinitely. KFFL sends its condolences.

Gota feel for the guy, im not even pissed that he's not playing. He deserves some time to grieve. All we can do is hope he'll be okay and continues his hot start this season.

Wow. Losing a parent. I cannot even fathom that.
