This Mike O'Connor guy, is he the real deal. Can anyone tell me anything about him? His minor league stats are actually pretty decent, with a nice k/9 rate. Hes also hasnt had any bad starts this year, and looks to be rolling in Houston tonight. Maybe if he can get those walks down he could be a nice option?
The Mets will win the World Series this year.

He was originally sent up to just replace Patterson for the mean time, but now he's impressed the Nationals. I picked him up to spot start him, but was so happy with him I held on to him. I also wonder about him

It seems like he can keep his era down below 4, but that walk problem may cause him to blow up in some starts. Hes been able to get out unscathed in his starts so far.

I am not so sure. He has looked hittable it the starts I have seen and has lacked control. I would not bet on his ERA being under 4.00 by the end of the year.

It means like not hit or hurt, so in simpler terms...He got out of innings somehow even though he got many guys on base.
