Usually you can buy just an individual scorecard at a game without buying a program. Last I checked it was only like a buck.
Big-5 sporting goods sells books here on the west coast so I am sure you can find one at a sporting goods store in Atlanta.

I find keeping scores detracts from your enjoyment of the game.
Now most Stadiums give you a hitters game line as they come up too.
Also, since you can print a scorecard from the Internet the next day, why bother?
