Rate my team!

What do you think of my team? Any advice/help is welcome. I'm at about .500 for season. My pitching staff has had (and still does) a lot of injuries but has done suprisingly well (luck no doubt) up to this point.

As for my thoughts: I would love to pick up another steady rp and maybe a 1b.

League:
12 team, standard 5x5 (avg, hr, rbi, r, sb, era, whip, w, s,k), H2H, we keep 5 at the end of each season.
