Ok, the $200 PSU didn't help at all.

Threw in some twin fans that insert into the slot underneath, in the spare pci space - they blow directly onto the card. No love.

Updated the ATI drivers with the latest, no love.

So I think I'm going to switch the card with my Radeon x700 and see if it works. If it does, then it is the video card right?

If the x700 works then yes its definitly the card. Might wanna take that PSU back. thats alot for a PSU..wow..

Have you touched anything in the bios?
