Kazmir and Verlander? Are people really confident they'll keep it up? (Obviously I'm not an owner, but the leader has em both and no other good ones, so I'm hoping they aren't real deals...)

I saw Capuano on that list, and after having just acquired him was curious: Can he keep up his stellar start? Will he drop off or keep it up?

haren's my pick for 2nd half dominance this year. the a's don't even start trying until the ASB, and he's already shown signs of stepping into ace status while harden's been down.

hey, somebody needed to take a gut-shot. i'm comfortable with it.

edit: i'm not buying on verlander, rogers, or even the tigers as a team, yet. capuano will fade somewhat (he'll still be better than average). i am thinking that liriano will make a strong run to crack this list by year's end--he started some last year, and he has enough experience to make this his breakout year.

I just saw on ESPN they gave the quarter mark Cy Young to Webb... i think Martinez is more deserving though - kids cash money.

Haren is a bold prediction but I think his Pepperdine teammate pitching across the bay has a better shot at being top 10 at the end of the year.
