Postby Surfs up » Mon May 22, 2006 8:26 pm

I am trying to find out exactly what time Hayden Penn was called up. Rotoworld lists him at 8:52 PM but thats when it was posted. Is there a time deadline teams have to meet to get a player on teh roster for the next day or that day? How can I find out what time fhe was called up? Need help fast !!! Thanks Surf

Don't bother. Penn was placed on the 15 day DL after undergoing an emergency appendectomy on Monday.

I saw that but it still makes a difference. I have guys in my league saying he wasn't called up until after our 5:00 deadline. It would also be nice to know what the best site is or where to look for future callups.
Rotoworld reported the Stewart dl and Kubel call up yesterday at 6:21 I looked at the Twins newspapers and they had it at 5:27 . That hour can make a hugr difference.

I'm assuming that your league has a waiver system in place, so why would time matter? Again making an an assumption that you have some rule in place that is time based, but just wondering why?

We pick up players from the FA list or players dropped the week before on Sunday . They bids or claims have to be in by 5:00 PM.
