Looks like he's shooting for a June 1st return:

DODGERS: Closer Eric Gagne threw 20 pitches during batting practice and reported no problems with his surgically repaired right elbow. "I felt great. I was mixing my pitches really good," he said. "I was excited to face some kind of competition." Gagne said he's planning to return June 1, when the Dodgers open a seven-game homestand.

Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports:

LOS ANGELES -- Eric Gagne and Cesar Izturis remain on target for a return to Minor League game action this week.
Gagne will throw another batting practice session Monday. Barring anything unforeseen, he is expected to join Triple-A Las Vegas to begin a Minor League rehabilitation assignment by midweek. The 51s play at Round Rock, Texas, on Wednesday and Thursday, then open a homestand Friday.

Izturis leaves for the Dodgers' Vero Beach, Fla., complex on Thursday and will begin play as a designated hitter in the extended Spring Training camp. Once he is comfortable offensively (anticipated to be a week or less), he will join the 51s in Las Vegas for a rehab assignment that could last less than three weeks.

Anybody know how he did yesterday? I also heard he was supposed to pitch an inning last Friday. I haven't been able to find anything.

From rotoworld

Eric Gagne (elbow) will make his first of two or three rehab appearances with Triple-A Las Vegas on Friday.
The Dodgers expect to activate him from the disabled list around June 1 when they begin their next homestand. Manager Grady Little will likely not use him on back-to-back days initially. May. 23 - 10:01 am et

Why didn't Gagne pitch?

May 23 Ken Gurnick, of LosAngeles.Dodgers.MLB.com, reports Los Angeles Dodgers CL Eric Gagne (elbow) did not throw Monday, May 22, due to a miscommunication with manager Grady Little. Gagne is expected to throw Tuesday, May 23, and could begin a rehab assignment Friday, May 26, with Triple-A Las Vegas. Gagne said he would make an appearance with Las Vegas Friday and Monday, May 29, and then the team will decide whether to activate him or not.

Seems to have been just a miscommunication. :-B

Eric Gagne (elbow) used all his pitches during a batting practice session on Tuesday.
Gagne's stuff was described as "filthy" by Cesar Izturis who was hitting off him. He will pitch for Triple-A Las Vegas on Friday and Monday before being activated from the disabled list on June 1. May. 24 - 10:02 am et
