It happens every once in awhile but it is not cheating if their is no collusion involved between his two teams.

I'd rather have that than some
idiot who tries to trade you his two bench players for the best player on your team. They usually end up losing in the end anyways though. I can't deal with Yahoo Public Leagues anymore.

That depends on what the definition of "is" is.

If it was known going in that one person would have two teams then it shouldnt be a problem. If not then it is a bit shady sure unless there was a good reason for it. ie; fell one owner short at draft time. I would allow almost ZERO trading between the two teams either way though, unless it was a trade that NOONE had even the slightest problem with.

I wouldn't say it's cheating, but maybe a bit unethical. As long as the owner of the two teams doesn't trade between the two or use one team to benefit the other it shouldn't be a problem

That's not cheating?? I guess that Clinton didn't cheat because he didn't go all the way, right??

Well, he was stupid enough to say "sexual relations" instead of "sexual intercourse" or even "sex." That is some horrific advice he received there. The latter would've been ethically wrong,
maybe, but technically correct.
