Dont play an 10 team leagues, but I know your pitching is unreal for any league....

My only guess would be to try & trade a pitcher for an upgrade @ 3b.

You have the best starting pitching ever. However, you might have the worst closers ever. And i dont think that the "best team ever" has Ty Wiggington starting at 3b. ;-7
