From a fantasy basketball league where everyone was picking creative names, I came up with NotVeryCreative. And it has stuck with me since.

I've used the name Altoona Curve in honor of the Eastern League minor league team since last year. Then I noticed that It's like #7 in the "Ten Most Creative Minor League Team Names." That's awesome. ;-D

My friend in high school thought he was a DJ and had business cards made. He called himself " HISPANIC CA. So I decided to use that for my baseball league this year.

My team names have always been Vandalay Industries.

Seinfeld fans know this one- it is the company name that George makes up and says that he interviewed with so that he could still qualify for unemployment

in my league, someone always uses the name: men with ______ balls as their name depending on the sport. for example, if it were basketball it would be the men with orange balls. we had an intramural dodgeball team and we were the men with rubber balls.
