Tigers win Cafe Poll!

Did you catch the lastest poll? Which team will end up with the most wins this year. It then went on to list the Tigers!

Just being mentioned is a huge win for the Tigers. A team that was the staple of late night monologues just three years ago, the Tigers have arrived. The Cafe said so, and there is no more credible authority on baseball than the Cafe.


Damn, it's been way too long since we've gotten any respect. Gotta love it.

And did I mention that we are tied for 1st? Good times

I usually skip over the front page, but there it is. Nice to see them fourth in the poll, although that would put them out of the playoffs with Chicago winning the division and the Yankees being the wild card

But yeah, it is nice to see them mentioned and even getting respect. I remember posts around here that would just blurt out the lines "but he plays for the Tigers" or "but it's the Tigers". Hey, where's d18mike or whatever his name is who likes to talk junk about awful the Tigers all the time? lol

For what it's worth, I voted for the White Sox. What a Tigers fan I am. lol
But I do believe the White Sox are the best team in the AL. Still a long season, though.

I think Boston will probably get thier act together and win the most.
Everything went right for the White Sux last season and that usually doesn't happen twice in a row.

A lot of us actually have the forums index bookmarked and completely skip the main page. I'm guilty of that myself.
