Does anyone know how Yahoo counts the ERA or WHIP of "INF" into your daily total? thanks!

Yahoo calculates your era by taking your total earned runs by ALL your pitchers, multiplying it by 9, then dividing it by total innings pitched by all your pitchers - so having one guy pitch infinity isn't as bad as it seems - for example, if he let up 1 run in without getting an out, he wouldn't bring your team down that much at all, while it may look that way cause his personal era is infinity

Trust me ... a one-batter, one-run 'INF' is preferable to the 9-run inning Madson left in my toilet earlier this season.
