I'm beginnig to wonder if they are downplaying this injury. He came in to run once since the injury... but we haven't seen him swing the bat yet. I hope I'm wrong...

I am starting to think the same. I'm afraid that he could be out for awhile and who knows how cautious a hitter he will be when he comes back. Just look at griffey and now sheff. These guys won't even touch a bat if they think something is not right.

I doubt its seroius. There is a big difference between a shoulder popping out of place and separating the shoulder. Unless it's the latter, I'm sure he'll be fine. Dislocated shoulders happen pretty often to some people, but aren't really a huge deal.

Looks like Monday......

The Marlins reportedly expect to have Hanley Ramirez (shoulder) back in the lineup by Monday.
Ramirez took batting practice Friday and will likely push Robert Andino back to Triple-A when he returns. May. 20 - 9:30 am et

He was in the game today running for someone. Even got himself a steal.

He is not starting Sunday, but it looks like he will be back Monday. He says his shoulder is feeling better. He did also say that he is a "still a bit scared to swing" but he hit a couple of home runs in batting practice yesterday, so that is very encouraging.
It looks like all of his owners (and the Marlins) dodged a bullet here. I'd expect him back on Monday. He may get off to a slow start due to his own apprehensiveness, but give it a few days; he'll be back to getting his hits and stealing his bags in no time.
Whew!
