Most rookie pitcher go through ups and downs in their first season(s). Cole Hamels will be no different.
I'm loving the Holliday offer, liking the Liriano and Mora offers, and pondering the Huff offer if I'm a Hamels owner.

I would seriously consider the Holliday offer only.

My god. The kid has one start under his belt, everyone and their children act like we got Pedro's nephew on our hands.
I've just picked him up off the waiver wire, reckon I could make a killing here. GO HAMELS!!!!

I got offered O. Cabrera and D. Bush for Hamels.
Not a bad offer, but my team is deep in last place and I need to take some choice risks. Hamels, being a rookie, has a high potential to disappoint, but he also has a higher potential than Bush and Cabs to kick butt.
Besides, I don't need help with steals and Bush isn't better than some of the pitchers I can get for free in the FA market. Just didn't make sense for me.
Why is it that everybody keeps on offering steals to me when that's literally the only offensive stats I don't need any help with? All my trade proposals have involved people trying to give me steals, and any time I counter for somebody that is better in some of the other categories, even if it seems to tilt in their favor, it's rejected in a minute. *sigh*

Any thoughts about Hamels for Hanley Ramirez in a 10-team 5x5 non-keeper?
