yahoo league. go add a player that someone just dropped, and try to add to your team. you would have a waiver claim on your team page. if someone had a higher waiver than you, he could claim that player before you. try it and then cancel it, then you can see.

I've been 12th waiver all year and haven't missed anyone I wanted to pick up.

Exactly what I do, use waiver claims with reckless abandon on everyone I want who passes through the waiver wire. So my waiver priority is last in every league I'm in ;-D

I think I got it guys. 1) he was pretty sure that if he didn't put a waiver claim in, no one else would and the # 1 guy would pick up Hamels as a FA 2) his league is set up so that if you put in a WW claim everyone can see it 3) therefore, the # 1 guy would burn his priority once he saw the original poster's WW claim and the original poster would move up to #2 since the # 1 guy would obviously get Hamels and the original poster would not 4) the # 2 spot would be pretty money since the guy ahead of him is apparently not aware of top prospects such as Hamels or is waiting on some specific guy

Cy, only you can see that. Other teams can't see it on your page.

This post is hard to read, I still not sure if his waiver claim can be seen by everybody in his league (especially by the #1 guy). What I did understood was he wanted to make sure that #1 waiver guy does not get cole for free in the morning, (since the #1 waiver guy apparantly always get people he want after they cleared waivers).

I'm pretty sure your waiver claim is unnecessary, even if you did not put in a waiver and the #1 waiver guy didn't put a waiver on him, somebody else from waiver 4 - 12 would surely had a waiver claim in. Unless its a league where nobody knows/checks anything, hamels will not make it by 12 people without getting claimed.

I have a hard time taking the easy way
I wouldn't call it schizophrenia
But Ill be at least two people today

If that's OK

And I can go on, and on, and on...

But who cares?
