More than four or five can be a lot, cuz someone has to get out. But what you have is fine if its roto.

I wouldn't mind having these:

6. Álex Rodríguez (3B)
7. Johnny Damon (OF)

You could put some great numbers with just the NYY lineup.

It can be good or bad. Definitely depends on whether it's roto or h2h. In h2h in can kill your team if you have a bunch of guys from one team and the team doesn't score runs for a week.

Last year in a roto league I rode VMart, Peralta, Sizemore, Belliard, and Wickman down the stretch and won the league in the last couple weeks, so it can be a good thing as well.

Yeah, h2h it can be VERY bad...not only do you have the rainouts and bad pitching matchups but you also have to deal with team-wide slumps (ie if one guy stops producing/gets injured it's going to hurt the rest of your guys in the r/rbi categories) not to mention scheduling quirks (you might have a 5 game week for that team in which case you'll be hard pressed to compete with a team fielding guys at most positions on all 7 days). The flipside of all these things obviously apply but you want consistant production in h2h - streakiness really doesn't help you all that much.

Depends on how many counting and how many ratio categories there were, surely?
